Jesse was born and raised in Vancouver, and is currently in his fourth year of a Mechanical Engineering Bachelor’s degree at UBC. He has joined the Renewable Resources Lab to experience research as an undergraduate student.
While at UBC, Jesse has participated in UBC Rocket, writing firmware for the avionics subteam. He has previously worked as a software engineer co-op for MDA, and is currently working on a capstone project for MDA for the Canadarm3.
With the typical engineering academic workload, Jesse doesn’t really have time for anything outside of school – but if he did have time, he enjoys reading.
